Villa Marigot is a private, gated luxury residence overlooking world famous Marigot Bay, considered by many to be the most beautiful bay in the Caribbean.  Villa Marigot features a main villa, with master suite and sleeping loft, as well as three separate and self-contained guest suites.

Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, in deck spa and expansive outdoor living spaces. Also included, is the use of Green Flash, a crewed 37 foot twin engine power boat, built for Caribbean waters.

The Master Suite - this classic West Indian master bedroom suite features a queen sized, hand carved four poster bed surrounded by classic Caribbean style furnishings. The suite is spacious and airy, with vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The large walk-in closet features built-in cherry cabinets and dresser.
 
The master bathroom is luxuriously outfitted with a double vanity with granite countertops, a large claw footed soaking tub, and an oversized tiled shower with an expansive view of Marigot Bay. Adjacent to the master bedroom is an office with telephone and high speed internet access.

The Tamarindo Suite Resort is decorated in the Mexican style, with built-in furnishings and colourful cushions, mattresses and pillows for your comfort. This brightly colored suite is located on the lower level of the Main Villa and is accessed by a stairway from the bayside Veranda.

The Tamarindo Suite features a private and secluded deck overlooking Marigot Bay. Within the suite, there is a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the lounge area with ceiling fans, a 32" Sony Bravia TV, DVD player, telephone and wireless internet access. The private bedroom, which opens onto the furnished bay view deck, features a built-in queen sized bed, ample closet and dresser space, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The large en suite bathroom features a spacious tiled shower and granite topped vanity.
 
The Garden Suite - this quaint brick structure, adjacent to the pool and Main Villa, features a queen sized Tommy Bahama Palm Tree bed, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, and air conditioning.The view from the four poster bed across the pool and garden is sublime. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a furnished outdoor patio. For your comfort and convenience, the suite has a writing desk, telephone, in room safe, hairdryer and bathrobes. The en suite bathroom has a spacious tiled shower and large granite topped vanity. The Garden Suite offers you privacy, yet is convenient to the pool and Main Villa.

The Laborie House is a charming West Indian wooden structure and was named by the workmen during construction. The style is reminiscent of the early wooden homes built in St. Lucia that remain today in the town of Laborie. This light and airy self contained cottage is accessed via a separate stairway from the parking courtyard. The house features a queen sized bamboo four poster bed and Brazilian cherry floors. The suite has a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, air conditioning, full kitchen and spacious bathroom with tiled shower and granite countertop.

To make your vacation holiday perfect, enjoy the 37" Sony Bravia TV, DVD player, iPod stereo (for your iPod), telephone and wireless internet access. The cottage also contains a large closet, writing desk, in room safe, bathrobes and hair dryer.

The Villa's spa is privately located on the west side deck of the Laborie House.

The Mezzanine - located above the Main Kitchen and overlooking the Great Room, the Mezzanine offers a comfortable and quaint sleeping space, with vaulted ceiling, dormers and ceiling fan. There are two queen sized hand carved mahogany beds, storage chest and dresser.  This charming loft is perfect for children, teenagers or extra guests (available at an additional fee). The private bathroom with shower is located downstairs on the main level of the Villa.

Green Flash - a 37 foot twin engine power boat, built specifically for Caribbean conditions, gives Villa Marigot guests freedom to move and explore in ways most visitors never experience. Captained by Friend Hippolyte, a local St. Lucian, who has sailed over 1000 days with the owners of Villa Marigot, Green Flash can take you to world class snorkeling (snorkeling equipment not included), secluded beaches, for an hour or a day, or simply on a tour of St. Lucia's leeward visual wonders. If you choose, the boat will be provisioned with beverages and snacks you wish to purchase and bring onboard.

The use of Green Flash, including Friend's time, is included in your rental. Please note use of Green Flash is at your own risk and arrangements to use the boat must be made direct with the property manager. Guests only pay the actual cost of fuel used during their stay.

The Villa is professionally managed by Nina and Henning Schneider.
Maid service available from 8 AM to 4 PM every day.  The scheduling of staff is flexible to accommodate your needs.

Imus Francois, the Villa's gardener, is on the property Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to noon.

Friend Hippolyte is our full time houseman and captain of our powerboat Green Flash and is available as needed.

Daily breakfast preparation available

• A cook/chef can be arranged to shop for and prepare some or all of your meals for a price determined in advance.
• In-villa massage service can be arranged
• Taxi service is available to provide all transportation needs at guest's expense. Please make arrangements with the property manager.

Villa Policies: The maximum number of guests is 12 (two in each of the suites and up to four in the Mezzanine).
Gratuities for the staff are appreciated. A suggested scale is available upon request.

No children under four years of age. Children four years of age and older are welcome if parent or guardian signs a waiver. NB. The pool is not enclosed.

Our housekeepers do not look after and/or babysit children. Separate arrangements must be made for babysitting services. The Villa does not accept responsibility, or liability for this
third party service.

No pets.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
