On the ground floor are two bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite, a large and well-equipped kitchen, and a living and dining room that opens onto the terraces. 

On the first floor are two more bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite and a television lounge. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The villa offers a BBQ, CD Player, Cable/Satellite TV, Ceiling fans; microwave, Washer dryer.  The amenities nearby include the beach, a fitness centre, golf course,  supermarket, tennis courts and watersports.

The villa comes with maid service 6 days per week.
