Jacaranda House is ideally located in the south eastern end of Tobago, being within 20 minutes of the airport and Scarborough, the capital. Close by are the Mt Irvine championship golf course, PADI dive centres, sailing, deep sea fishing and 4 of the best beaches in Tobago. Shops, from supermarkets to stalls, are all nearby including fish from the sea every afternoon; further away are the Scarborough market, delicatessen and meat straight from the farm!

The upper floor of Jacaranda House is open plan with living, dining and kitchen areas all sharing the panoramic views on 3 sides, plus the master bedroom. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms with ensuite shower/bathrooms looking over the pool and the sea, and a 4th bedroom/TV room, with a sofa bed, opening onto the garden. In front is the pool with its vanishing edge and sun loungers, and a lawn area with table and chairs shaded under a bougainvillea roof. A further garden area with fruit trees is at the side.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
