Spread over one level, this is a lovely spacious house with a beautiful garden and swimming pool and in a great position right on the edge of the Mount Irvine championship golf course. Excellent family house and very child-friendly.


From the entrance there is a spacious open plan living dining room with full height ceiling and excellent fully equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans in living room and covered terrace.

Double doors leading out on to a covered terrace, garden, swimming pool and terrace.

On each side of the living area there are 2 king size double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms with double 'his and hers' basins. There are French doors leading out to the garden with views to the pool and golf course.

Second bedroom is also a king size double with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite shower room with double doors and louvered shutters leading to the garden.

On the other side of the living area the accommodation is repeated with exactly the same layout. Split aircondition unit and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

This is a very pretty house, simple but very attractive with delightful décor and the spacious outside covered terrace is absolutely charming with rattan furniture and comfortable loungers.

The pool is about 20 x 15 feet with a lovely terrace full of plants and palms.

There is a second covered terrace at one end of the pool with bar area, lots of tables and chairs, ceiling fan, pool room with cloakroom.

The housekeeper, is available daily except Sundays, normally from 9.30am - 2pm and can prepare breakfast and other meals by private arrangement.

Babysitting and personal laundry by private arrangement. Linen changed every 3 days, towels every other day.
