Admiral's Quay #5 Villa is situated in the townhouse development of Admirals Quay, which is situated in Rodney Bay within easy walking distance of Reduit Beach, the JQ Shopping Mall and the many restaurants of Rodney Bay.

Admiral's Quay #5 Villa has a spacious sitting /dining room with stereo and cablevision TV. The room is cooled by ceiling fans and it opens out through French doors onto a patio. The view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its boat traffic of luxury yachts and smaller craft. There is a well equipped kitchen and laundry room and a small powder room

Upstairs there are two air conditioned double bedrooms. Bedroom I has a double bed and ensuite shower room and bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds and is cooled by a standing fan. There is an additional shower room that is shared by bedrooms 2 and 3.

Admiral's Quay is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a large swimming pool.

Staffing - half day maid service -Monday to Saturday.

Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.

WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT THE ST LUCIA GOVERNMENT IS CONSIDERING THE IMPLEMENTION OF A TAX ON RENTAL RATES DURING 2012.  IF THIS HAPPENS, THE CLIENT WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE TAXABLE AMOUNT, EVEN IF A BOOKING IS ALREADY IN PLACE.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
