Situated in the prime tourist area of St. Lucia, the Anchorage, a group of 21 townhouses, is a perfect example of luxury living in St. Lucia. The Villas are situated within easy walking distance of many restaurants, two supermarkets, international banks, boutiques and care hire agencies and with easy access to Reduit Beach, the safest swimming beach on the island

These architect designed, Spanish style, villas are situated in fully landscaped, lush tropical gardens, with a full sized swimming pool and whirlpool. Anchorage #2 is a waterfront unit enjoying views of the Marina and the boat traffic around the area. It has its own private dock, which is available for rental at a small additional charge.

Downstairs there is a spacious sitting/dining room with ceiling fans and cable vision TV. These rooms open onto a patio with a barbeque ' perfectly designed for al fresco dining. There is a well-equipped kitchen, laundry room and guest bathroom.

Upstairs there are three air-conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom I has a king-size bed with an additional divan bed and an en-suite shower room, bedroom II has a queen size bed and a divan bed and bedroom III has bunk beds. These two bedrooms share another shower room. 

Maid Service is provided for half-days on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday through to Saturday.

WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT THE ST LUCIA GOVERNMENT IS CONSIDERING THE IMPLEMENTION OF A TAX ON RENTAL RATES DURING 2012.  IF THIS HAPPENS, THE CLIENT WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE TAXABLE AMOUNT, EVEN IF A BOOKING IS ALREADY IN PLACE.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
