Hawk's Cry is a three bedroom townhouse situated within the luxury Allamanda development in Cap Estate and on the north coast of St. Lucia and on Anse Galet pebble beach.
Hawk's Cry has a spectacular view overlooking Anse Galet beach and the island of Martinique in the distance. The Allamanda development is situated within fully landscaped garden and additionally has one large swimming pool which has been built close to Anse Galet beach. Cap Estate is a residential area with private homes and an 18- hole championship golf course, three hotels and restaurants and 2 more beaches.
The entrance to the townhouse is into an open plan kitchen and dining room with a dining table to seat 8 persons. This leads directly to a comfortable sitting room with TV connected to cablevision and a DVD player. The sitting room is surrounded by glass doors which open out onto a large patio and a wonderful sea view and ocean breeze. A powder room is situated off the steps leading from the dining room.
Upstairs is a spacious master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, ,flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bath.
Downstairs are two more bedrooms - bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and an en-suite shower room.
There is also a laundry room.
Hawk's Cry has been constructed to very high standards and has been professionally interior decorated. The property is centrally air conditioned, plus strategically placed ceiling fans. There is 110 and 220 voltage available throughout.
The townhouse is situated in gently sloping landscaped gardens and has its own plunge pool. There is a night time security guard and the development is fenced and gated with an entry phone system. There is a 110/220 backup generator in the event of a power outage.
Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
There is building work that is due to end by 30 June 2012 (cannot be confirmed). It is not particularly affecting the villa, but a discount of 15% will be offered for stays up to that date.
WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT THE ST LUCIA GOVERNMENT IS CONSIDERING THE
IMPLEMENTION OF A TAX ON RENTAL RATES DURING 2012. IF THIS HAPPENS, THE
CLIENT WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE TAXABLE AMOUNT, EVEN IF A BOOKING IS
ALREADY IN PLACE.
**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
