Quay Bay is situated in the townhouse development of The Harbour, located in Rodney Bay within easy walking distance of Reduit Beach, the JQ Shopping Mall and the many restaurants, bars and nightclubs of Rodney Bay.

This townhouse has a spacious ground floor which comprises the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and open air patio. The light coloured contemporary furniture placed throughout this spacious room complements the overall feeing of peace, serenity, and tranquility as intended by its designer. The living room comes equipped with a stereo, cablevision TV and DVD. The room is cooled by central air-conditioning and ceiling fans and it opens out through French doors onto an oceanfront patio. The view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its beautiful array of luxury yachts and sailboats. There is a well equipped kitchen and laundry room for your convenience and a small powder room.

On the first floor there are two air conditioned bedrooms that both have ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom I has a king bed and Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The Master bedroom, located on the second floor has a king bed and boasts a modern and spacious ensuite bathroom.

The Harbour is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a swimming pool and three jacuzzis scattered amidst the lush tropical foliage.

Maid service Monday - Friday, 9 am - 1 pm. Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.

WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT THE ST LUCIA GOVERNMENT IS CONSIDERING THE IMPLEMENTION OF A TAX ON RENTAL RATES DURING 2012.  IF THIS HAPPENS, THE CLIENT WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE TAXABLE AMOUNT, EVEN IF A BOOKING IS ALREADY IN PLACE.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
