The Harbour is a group of town houses located l in Rodney Bay within easy walking distance of Reduit Beach, the JQ's Shopping Mall and the many restaurants, bars and nightclubs of Rodney Bay.

As each property is individually owned, each has different  furnishings and these photographs are a selection from each property.

Each  townhouse is similar in layout and  has a spacious ground floor which comprises the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and open air patio. The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 6 and this opens out onto the spacious living room. This room comes equipped with cablevision TV and DVD. The room is cooled by central airconditioning and it opens out through French doors onto an oceanfront patio. The view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its beautiful array of luxury yachts and sailboats.

There is a well equipped kitchen and laundry room for your convenience and a small powder room.

On the first floor there are two air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

The air conditioned master bedroom, located on the second floor has a modern and spacious ensuite bathroom.

In some villas there is also an air conditioned mezzanine floor in the master bedroom which can accommodate up to two children on a sofa bed.

The Harbour is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a swimming pool and three jacuzzis scattered amidst the lush tropical foliage.

Maid service Monday - Friday, 9 am - 1 pm.

Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.

WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT THE ST LUCIA GOVERNMENT IS CONSIDERING THE IMPLEMENTION OF A TAX ON RENTAL RATES DURING 2012.  IF THIS HAPPENS, THE CLIENT WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE TAXABLE AMOUNT, EVEN IF A BOOKING IS ALREADY IN PLACE.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
